Complimentary wine and spacious room were great perks. The location was excellent, close to shops, bars, and restaurants. I also enjoyed the private balcony with amazing city views.
The staff service was disappointing. No room service available and the front desk was unmanned during check in and check out.

I had a great stay with helpful staff and a central location for sightseeing. The studio room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The kitchenette had everything I needed and was cleaned daily. The included breakfast had a lot to choose from.
Nothing that I didn't like.

Excellent location for Darling Harbour and city shopping. Chargeable room cleaning once a week, interesting concept. Great access to Darling Harbour and Town Hall Station, very quiet location in the complex. Surprisingly spacious room with generous bathroom, impressive views of Cockle Bay. Definitely worth the money, would stay again.

We had a great time exploring the area around the hotel. There were plenty of good restaurants nearby, so finding a place to eat was never a problem. The location was perfect, right near Town Hall and very close to Cockle Bay. Plus, it was just a short distance up to Pitt St Mall for shopping. We also loved the room, it was spacious and comfortable, with a beautiful view of the harbor. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable.
The noise levels from the nearby garbage trucks were quite disruptive at times.

I had a great time staying at this hotel! The location was perfect for me, with everything I needed within walking distance. I was able to easily explore the nearby shopping areas and enjoy the local bar and restaurant scene. The view from my room was amazing, and having a balcony was a bonus. The room itself was super clean and had all the amenities I needed, including a kitchen and tools. The staff provided excellent service and were always friendly and helpful. I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
